At the Battelle Breast Care Center at Madison County Hospital, every patient is special. Our goal is to provide educational resources, diagnostic and treatment options, and the best possible care—all personalized to meet the unique needs of each patient.

We offer:

• Breast ultrasounds
• Needle-guided breast biopsies
• Breast magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
• Mammography using the Mammopad (a cushioning device which provides extra padding between the breast and the machine)
• Sentinel node biopsies

We also offer a patient navigator to assist patients before, during and after the diagnostic and treatment process for breast cancer. The navigator can accompany you to appointments, answer questions and assist you in evaluating various treatment options.
