Childbirth Classes

In these classes, we will be discussing late pregnancy, labor and birth, infant care and feeding, breathing techniques and relaxation techniques. You are allow to bring different coaches if your primary coach is unable to attend; however, please bring only one coach with you per class session as the room size won't accommodate extra people.

• Tuesday, April 10 and April 17 from 4pm – 7:30pm
• Saturday, June 9 and June 16 from 9am – 12:30pm
• Tuesday, August 7 and August 14 from 4pm – 7:30pm
• Tuesday, October 9 and October 16 from 4pm – 7:30pm
• Saturday, November 3 and November 10 from 9am – 12:30pm

Breastfeeding Classes
