Scope of this position would include, but no be limited to:

• Requires valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Must be willing to work on-call rotation
• Requires reliable transportation
• Requires skilled nurse visits to Home Health patients, including IV therapy, med management, wound management, and Foley cath care.
• Provides start-of-care assessments, re-certifictions, and discharge assessments using the OASIS assessment tool.
• Requires excellent assessment and problem solving skills
• Completion of required paperwork

The qualified candidate will possess current RN licensure in the State of Ohio and BLS certification.

Prefer one year home health, hospice or med/surg experience.
