Scope of this position would include, but not be limited to:

• Working Manager: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, one weekend per month, one summer and one winter holiday.
• Supervises and directs nursing care and all related activities for ICU patients.
• Assists with orientation of new personnel, contributes continued learning to staff members through on-the-job training.
• Maintains professional and clinical competence through active partcipation in various continuing education programs and other learning experiences
• Maintains accurate records.
• Demonstrates ability to work closely with physicians.
• Establishes good public relations with all patients and other department staff members.

The qualified candidate must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and possess RN licensure by the State of Ohio, BSN preferred, and CPR and ACLS certification.  The candidate will also possess 5 years critical care and telemetry experience, and previous management experience as either a Assistant Nurse Manager or Nurse Manager.
