Giving Programs

The MCH Foundation offers donors a variety of giving programs. However you choose to give, you can be sure that whatever you give is needed and very much appreciated.

Rejoice & Remember

A gift to Rejoice & Remember is a thoughtful and lasting way to celebrate any happy occasion, remember the loss of a loved one, honor someone special, or express appreciation for special services. Donations are used for capital projects unless earmarked for a specific fund. When gifts are made to Rejoice & Remember, a notification card is sent to the person or family designated by the donor. The donor also receives an acknowledgment for tax purposes. Although the amount of each gift is kept confidential, the name of the donor and the person or occasion being remembered is published in the hospital's HealthLink newsletter.

Cornerstone Club

The Cornerstone Club is an organization for individuals and couples who are interested in supporting Madison County Hospital. Members demonstrate their commitment to quality heath care by making an annual gift of $100, $250, $500 or $1,000.

Keystone Society

The Keystone Society recognizes the hospital's most generous benefactors. Levels of membership include Keystone - $10,000 or more, Capstone - $50,000 or more, and Pinnacle - $100,000 or more. Charitable gifts given by Keystone Society members may be in the form of cash, stock, securities or real estate. Gifts may also be pledged over three- to five-years.

Business Partners

The Business Partner honor roll recognizes companies that are fully committed to ensuring the availability of good health care for their employees. Business Partners offer three levels of recognition: Partners, for annual gifts of $500 to $5,000 depending upon the size of the company; Leaders, for gifts of $20,000 or more; and Pacesetters for gifts of $100,000 or more.

Legacy Circle

The Legacy Circle was established to thank and recognize families and individuals who have thoughtfully included a gift for Madison County Hospital in their personal estate plans. Gifts may be made through a will or trust, life insurance, stocks, real estate, annuities or other appreciated assets. Membership in the Legacy Circle does not require donors to disclose the amount of their future gift to Madison County Hospital.
